Job Summary

Lead customer and partner success for Ripple Payments and Ripple Custody across Johannesburg and South Africa, driving payment and digital asset custody solutions, scaling volume, and cross-selling Ripple products such as RLUSD adoption. Own strategic account plans and contract renewals, guide customers as an advisor/advocate, and lead customer-facing delivery across business and technical workstreams with Ripple’s Customer and Partner Engineering (CPE) team while representing customer feedback internally.

•Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s technical solutions, internal decision-making, and needs.
•Serve as an advisor/Ripple advocate to help customers realize Ripple’s potential and participate in new solutions.
•Develop strategic account plans, manage contract renewals, and identify/carry cross-sell opportunities.
•Lead customer-facing delivery across business and technical workstreams with the Customer and Partner Engineering (CPE) team.
•Act as the voice of customers within Ripple and ensure feedback is shared and acted upon across functions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at financial institutions and/or a FinTech or crypto organization.
•Fluency in English, with French a bonus.

•Solid understanding of blockchain technology, crypto markets, digital asset custody models, and cross-border payments infrastructure.
•Experience working in or with African financial markets is highly preferred.
