Key Responsibilities

  • •Animate and manage the team: organize work, adjust staffing, manage planning and scheduling, and develop staff skills
  • •Organize and monitor workshop activity: deploy schedules, track daily production effectiveness, and report to scheduling for adjustments
  • •Anticipate and improve performance: participate in pre-industrialization, coordinate quality actions, and seek continuous improvement opportunities
  • •Ensure safety and quality: train new arrivals on safety and quality procedures, monitor operation quality, enforce procedures, and coordinate maintenance priorities with maintenance
  • •Foster cross-team communication and alignment to support culture change and site projects

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree and minimum 3 years in an industrial production environment with experience in leading production teams
  • •Knowledge of operational management techniques and production planning, including ERP systems
  • •Experience in coordinating quality actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes and metal surface treatments (galvanoplasty preferred)
  • •Ability to organize the workshop, manage planning, training, and develop team skills
