Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage market data financial operations including invoice reconciliation, billing validation, accruals, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and General Ledger allocation.
  • •Administer the Market Data Management (MDM) platform to maintain inventory accuracy, entitlement administration, service ownership, regulatory reporting, and onboarding/offboarding governance.
  • •Resolve billing discrepancies with internal stakeholders and external vendors by validating contracts and pricing, supporting audits, and improving financial transparency.
  • •Produce recurring and ad hoc management reporting, spend/variance analysis, operational metrics, and insights for business and Finance decision-making.
  • •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance market data governance, financial controls, operational efficiency, and service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7+ years of experience in market data administration, financial operations, accounting, billing, vendor management, or related financial services work.
  • •Strong budgeting, forecasting, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis experience, including high-volume invoice processing.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • •Experience with Market Data Management platforms (FITS preferred) and ERP/Accounts Payable systems such as PeopleSoft.
  • •Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills to manage multiple priorities.
