Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute strategic, integrated communications plans aligned to business objectives and internal employee needs.
  • •Serve as primary communications liaison for Data Centers and Boyd Thermal, building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • •Lead internal communications campaigns, including communications strategy, tactics, omni-channel content, executive briefings, presentation materials, and event coordination.
  • •Create executive communication materials (leadership messages, town hall content, talking points, organizational updates, and employee-facing communications).
  • •Support change management and Boyd Thermal integration by planning and executing targeted messaging to keep employees informed and engaged during transformation periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in strategic communications.
  • •Proven experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder projects in data center, energy, or technology contexts.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and senior leaders.
  • •Experience with internal communications, stakeholder engagement, business communications, and change management, including executive communications.
