Key Responsibilities

  • •Control and manage physical and digital documentation for material receipts and dispatches.
  • •Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • •Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on material movements and inventory levels.
  • •Implement, maintain and improve storage, preservation and safe material handling procedures.
  • •Record and control inventory transactions in SAP; ensure inventory accuracy via stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated experience in warehouse operations, logistics and inventory management (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing practices and safe material handling.
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar), including inventory transaction control and material management.
  • •Availability to work a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.
