Key Responsibilities

•Own the post-sale delivery lifecycle for MWS institutional client deployments.
•Manage client expectations through transparent communication on timelines, scope changes, and technical dependencies.
•Coordinate internal teams to deliver client milestones and maintain the MWS client delivery playbook.
•Monitor client health post-launch using usage metrics, support ticket patterns, and relationship risk indicators.
•Escalate material delivery risks early and build/manage the client delivery team as MWS scales.
