Key Responsibilities

•Own onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion across managed accounts.
•Become the expert on each customer’s business and where Mutiny fits, creating “aha” moments.
•Teach customers how to use an agent-first platform to create assets that drive sales and marketing impact.
•Run business reviews (EBRs) and lead crisp follow-ups that drive action.
•Drive renewals and expansion by building the case early using adoption and customer health indicators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually
