Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing, enhancing, and maintaining Recovery and Resolution Plans in line with U.S. regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • •Implement regulatory requirements from agencies such as the Federal Reserve Board and FDIC.
  • •Collect, interpret, and report information from business units and functional teams to keep recovery and resolution strategies current and executable.
  • •Prepare materials for senior management committees and support analysis of critical operations, business lines, and legal entity interdependencies.
  • •Support testing and analysis activities (recovery/resolution testing, simulations, tabletop exercises, scenario analysis) and produce audit-ready management information for U.S. Treasury and governance forums.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, risk management, accounting, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in recovery and resolution planning, enterprise risk management, regulatory affairs, financial resilience, corporate strategy, audit, consulting, or a related discipline within a large financial institution or consulting firm.
  • •Strong quantitative capability in liquidity cashflow modeling, funding concentration analysis, liquidity stress testing, and related sensitivity/breakpoint analysis.
  • •Knowledge of the U.S. banking regulatory environment, including recovery and resolution planning requirements.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (Power Query/Power Pivot) and SQL, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
