Job Summary

Oversee and optimize the end-to-end driver lifecycle, including attracting, activating, reactivating, and retaining drivers across multiple territories. Lead and mentor agents with advanced training, monitor and improve driver-funnel KPIs, and design motivational programs. Manage call quality and scripts, coordinate city launches (including on-the-ground recruitment travel), and strengthen relationships with suppliers and recruiters to ensure successful partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and optimize processes for attracting, activating, reactivating, and retaining drivers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
•Provide advanced training and mentorship to agents to improve skills, performance, and motivation.
•Analyze the driver funnel from app installation to order creation, identify trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve KPIs across territories.
•Develop and execute motivational programs and activation/reactivation strategies to improve driver activation and reactivation rates.
•Coordinate city launches, oversee call quality and scripts, and manage supplier and recruiter relationships to support on-the-ground recruitment and partner engagement.
