Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the production, coordination, and review of detailed technical design information across RIBA Stages 3 to 5
  • •Deliver coordinated, compliant, and buildable construction documentation using BIM methodologies
  • •Support industrialised construction delivery by embedding DfMA, MMC, and related principles into project workflows
  • •Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers to improve quality, efficiency, and buildability
  • •Support construction-stage activities such as RFIs, technical reviews, site inspections, and design compliance reviews

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or higher education qualification in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • •Significant experience delivering technical design across RIBA Stages 3 to 5
  • •Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM authoring in multidisciplinary project environments
  • •Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and technical coordination
  • •Detailed knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Building Regulations, British Standards, and relevant technical guidance
