Key Responsibilities

  • •Review internal schedules and contractor schedules; analyze, validate, and report time impacts, scope change impacts, and delays to enable early risk identification.
  • •Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule and prepare/monitor tasks to realize project requirements against the schedule.
  • •Develop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure, and integrate various contract packages into the master plan schedule.
  • •Review contractor-submitted schedules, recommend actions to the client, and prepare regular weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client.
  • •Monitor delivery milestones against the baseline programme; interact with contractors to verify data, assess extension of time claims, and analyze critical path effects of schedule changes.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling for complex construction projects, preferably with Data Center experience.
  • •Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM.
  • •Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and producing large-scale project status reports.
  • •Strong managerial and stakeholder management experience.
  • •Valid Danish Working Permit.
