Assistant Project Controller - Quantity Surveyor

Support cost and schedule analysis for infrastructure projects by researching and analyzing project financial data, progress/performance trends, and earned value concepts. Assist in collecting manpower, labor hours, and labor cost information versus budget limits, and help track actual costs against funding constraints. Provide support for purchase order and subcontract commitment tracking, including scope control and change management fundamentals.
