Key Responsibilities

•Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise Windows Server and Linux/Unix systems, including core services like Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS-related support.
•Support virtualization environments, including VMware vSphere, and perform system patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.
•Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages to streamline administrative tasks.
•Support server hardware lifecycle activities (rack installation, blade/server replacement, component upgrades, disk/RAM upgrades, PCIe card installation).
•Use ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, changes, and problem resolution; coordinate with network, cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams, and maintain system documentation and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus at least 3 years of system administration experience, or 7+ years of progressive, hands-on enterprise system administration.
•Active secret security clearance.
•Proficiency administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DHCP scopes, and MECM/SCCM collections and deployments.
•Experience with virtualization platforms, particularly VMware vSphere.
•Ability to automate administrative tasks using PowerShell or Python, with Linux/Unix experience (RHEL, Ubuntu, or similar).
