Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow the product development process using simulation software and testing equipment to deliver validated refrigeration system designs and air-conditioning products.
  • •Create and optimize simulation models of systems and components, including performance analysis to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • •Develop mathematical models that reflect unit control logic and support standardized, modular model design.
  • •Use simulation tools to continuously enhance the refrigeration system development process.
  • •Develop automation tools to optimize design workflows and improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or above in Thermodynamics, Refrigeration, Cryogenic, Air Conditioning, Heat Transfer, or a related field.
  • •CET 6 (or equivalent) English level, with strong written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English.
  • •Strong refrigeration fundamentals and extensive experience with 1D modeling and simulation of refrigeration systems/components.
  • •Hands-on simulation and application development experience using computer languages such as C++, Python, and VBA.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate and work effectively with other departments.
