Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct surveys to support business and customer needs, assessing and summarizing an account’s operations, exposures, and control adequacy.
  • •Indicate improvements needed and provide loss control expertise to customers and business partners.
  • •Deliver concise, high-quality, objective risk views in a timely manner, including loss expectancies, exposure assessments, control adequacy, risk grading, and recommendations.
  • •Develop technically based risk management recommendations using engineering judgment, working with client, broker, and underwriting to improve account risk quality.
  • •Apply National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidance, safety codes, and local standards during risk assessments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 35,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience in engineering/loss prevention surveys, in industry or insurance.
  • •Technical expertise in property exposure identification and control adequacy.
  • •Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Science, Safety, Fire Protection, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Native-level Italian with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; working knowledge of English.
  • •Business acumen, partnership building, and a team-player attitude; motivation for life-long learning and integrating AI-driven insights into work.
