Key Responsibilities

•Develop and direct the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
•Plan, organize, assign, direct, review, and evaluate the team deliverables and performance; manage and direct the work of subconsultants.
•Input into all phases of CBTC program management to include design, installation, quality control, testing and commissioning, safety and security certification, staffing & budget management.
•Direct or participate in the preparation and review of designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates; ensure specifications and contract requirements comply with client standards and policies
•Support the client with the development of scope of work; preparation of request for proposal; review proposals and make recommendations on selection; assist as needed in contract negotiation and preparation; monitors work activities to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
•Oversee development of cost estimates; prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in architecture, engineering, project management, or related field and 12 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership
•PMI-PgMP, APM-RPP, or CMAA-CCM Certification (or equivalent)
•Professional Engineering License (for roles in USA) or Chartered status or equivalent may be required for certain roles
•15 years of professional experience with 10 years in a program management leadership role
•Demonstrated senior leadership with a track record of driving performance in large organizations
