Job Summary

Lead the strategy, architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational stability of Mashreq Bank’s Hybrid Cloud and Container Platform estate across on-premises and public cloud. Own end-to-end lifecycle of the platform stack for Red Hat OpenShift, Azure AKS Kubernetes, and Azure Stack HCI, including compute, cluster architecture, storage/data integration, resilience, automation, observability, and governance. Manage the hybrid cloud data layer using Pure Storage and Portworx and enable expansion into Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the strategy and architecture for Mashreq Bank’s Hybrid Cloud and Container Platform across on-premises and public cloud environments.
•Own end-to-end accountability for the Red Hat OpenShift-based hybrid cloud platform supporting virtual servers and containerized workloads.
•Own Azure AKS Kubernetes platforms and Azure Stack HCI on-premises platforms.
•Manage the full lifecycle of platform stack elements: compute, cluster architecture, storage/data integration, resilience, automation, observability, and operational governance.
•Manage the hybrid cloud data layer built on Pure Storage and Portworx and enable future expansion into Microsoft Azure for workload portability.

•Drive platform expansion toward Microsoft Azure to support workload portability and hybrid deployment patterns.
