Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Build deep relationships with your portfolio to understand needs and provide value-based solutions using Airwallex products and services.
•Advocate for Airwallex and ensure SME Business Accounts are utilized to their full potential.
•Achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver outputs.
•Forecast and build a pipeline in Salesforce to track numbers and success metrics.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and help shape product roadmap.

Key Requirements

•At least 3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with SME accounts.
•Strong verbal and written communication in English.
•Experience selling to C-level executives and building cross-functional relationships.
•Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
•Proven problem-solver who can simplify complexity and drive KPIs in a API/B2B sales context.
