Job Summary

Deliver consultant-led outpatient and diagnostic care at London Medical as part of a multidisciplinary team. Provide person-centred support to patients across specialist services, perform delegated clinical duties including venepuncture and cannulation, administer medications within scope, and maintain accurate records to NMC standards. Contribute to patient assessment, escalation, emergencies, and quality improvement activities, while supporting colleagues, students, and trainee Nursing Associates.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centred care to patients attending the centre.
•Support consultant-led outpatient clinics and diagnostic services across multiple specialties.
•Undertake delegated clinical duties including clinical observations, venepuncture, cannulation, specimen collection, and medication/injection administration within scope.
•Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with NMC standards.
•Assist with outpatient procedure preparation, treatment and recovery; support emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately.

Key Requirements

•Nursing Associate registration with the NMC.
•Competency in venepuncture and cannulation.
•Previous experience working as a Nursing Associate.
•Experience of clinical risk assessment and knowledge of the NMC Code and standards.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational and time management skills.
