Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee order-to-cash workflows, ensuring accurate order processing and customer master data maintenance
  • •Manage data quality in order systems and continuously improve master data integrity
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, support, systems, finance, legal) and overseas offices to resolve process issues and standardize workflows
  • •Manage and evaluate external vendors/contractors, defining scope and driving performance improvements
  • •Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using data visualization and AI/automation to elevate operation maturity

Key Requirements

  • •Sales Operations, or order-to-cash process experience
  • •Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint – Office tools operation, with Excel functions and pivot tables preferred
  • •Experience coordinating and communicating across multiple departments and external stakeholders
  • •Active involvement in business process improvement and design
  • •PowerBI/Tableau BI tools experience; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and RPA is a plus
