Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct comprehensive evaluations and physical exams for internal medicine and kidney-related concerns.
  • •Diagnose, treat, and manage CKD, ESRD, AKI, and other nephrological disorders.
  • •Provide ongoing dialysis care, including management of peritoneal and hemodialysis patients.
  • •Prescribe and manage nephrology-specific medications, interpret lab/diagnostic tests, and monitor patient progress under dialysis and transplant care.
  • •Consult with other providers, coordinate inpatient/outpatient nephrology care, educate patients and families, and participate in training and supervision of residents/fellows.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of clinical experience in internal medicine with substantial nephrology exposure.
  • •Experience managing complex renal cases including CKD, ESRD, dialysis patients, and kidney transplant care.
  • •Strong communication skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • •In-depth knowledge of nephrology and internal medicine kidney disease management.
