Job Summary

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed sales goals and market share. Recruit, develop, and retain Medical Representatives, and conduct quarterly reviews and annual appraisals to drive performance. Own team outcomes and ensure weekly/monthly reporting, daily sales call plans, and effective territory management. Partner with key customers/KOLs and coordinate with marketing to execute sales tactics, tools, and promotional materials in line with company brand strategy and ethics.
