Job Summary

Support quality assurance work under supervision of professional staff. Participate in planning and implementation of unit projects within your area of expertise, interact with internal teams and stakeholders, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues. Receive guidance, training, and mentoring, and as needed conduct research, prepare reports with recommendations, and provide day-to-day support to student employees or interns. Perform other duties assigned by unit management.

•Interact with colleagues and internal/external stakeholders to support assignment planning and resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
•Conduct original research as appropriate and prepare reports with findings, recommendations, or alternative proposals; provide guidance/support to student employees or interns as needed.

Key Requirements

•Entry-level knowledge and skills at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in a relevant professional specialty.
•Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
•Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
•ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, to be successful in the role.
