Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist team members with escalated issues for the in-scope firewall, WAF, and security technologies.
  • •Review and submit daily/weekly/monthly checklists and reports within SLA.
  • •Provide technical sign-off in customer POCs and deliver value-added recommendations during customer engagements.
  • •Investigate security incidents and improve processes/procedures to prevent recurrence.
  • •Manage shift roster and transition/handover plans; guide team members in closing configuration assessment, ISO audit, vulnerability, and penetration test observations within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience leading a team for security technologies including firewalls and WAF solutions.
  • •Hands-on expertise with Check Point (IPS blade, Threat Prevention blade, Antivirus and Antibot blade) and Palo Alto firewalls.
  • •Experience with server load balancers and Web Application Firewall (Akamai).
  • •Strong understanding of routing and switching concepts.
  • •Experience with Forcepoint or Zscaler Proxy and related intrusion prevention/security technologies.
