  • •Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence.
  • •Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; drive omni-channel and virtual selling and ensure clienteling and loyalty outreach.
  • •Recruit, onboard, develop, coach, and manage underperformance; set goals and review KPIs to drive results; act as Store Leader in their absence.
  • •Own sales plans and forecasts; create action plans, analyze market data, and optimize strategies with corporate teams.
