Lead end-to-end delivery for a strategic enterprise healthcare customer, owning complex, high-risk technical programs across private cloud, infrastructure, and migration initiatives. Ensure compliance with HIPAA/HITECH and patient safety requirements, while driving resilience, continuity planning, and high-quality delivery across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and define program vision, strategy, and delivery approach across multiple interdependent projects, including infrastructure and migration initiatives.
•Ensure full lifecycle ownership from initiation through delivery, migration execution, operational transition, and closure, including integrated program/project planning.
•Establish and operate enterprise governance (Program Board, SteerCo, escalation paths), ensuring PMO standards such as RAID management, stage gates, reporting cadence, and financial control.
•Act as the senior accountable interface for executive customer stakeholders and lead complex stakeholder engagement and integrated outcome-focused communications.
•Manage program financial performance and risks/issues, drive quality assurance (including clinical safety validation and interoperability standards), and ensure resilience/continuity for patient-critical systems.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 165,830 - 243,141.8 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years of experience delivering complex programs in enterprise environments, including large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream programs.
•Proven experience managing delivery under strict SLAs and contractual frameworks with strong executive presence.
•Demonstrated expertise in data center infrastructure, private cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
•Strong healthcare experience including HIPAA/HITECH, patient safety considerations, and interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7).
•Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred), and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
