Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic FP&A support across forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for APJ Sales leadership.
  • •Develop and manage the APJ annual operating plan, including headcount plans and sales compensation/commission structure.
  • •Own APJ Sales financial performance, including monthly variance analysis, headcount reviews, operating expense tracking, and P&L forecasting.
  • •Enhance financial reporting with KPI tracking, ACV trend analysis, reconciliations, and data integrity across reports.
  • •Lead or support sales finance projects and deal desk activities (e.g., quote approvals and promo request reviews) to support regional sales growth.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Finance and GTM Finance roles, including FP&A partnered with go-to-market teams.
  • •Strong FP&A/Sales Finance track record in high-growth or technology-driven companies.
  • •Expertise in financial modeling and sales finance metrics such as commissions, including ability to translate data into clear business narratives.
  • •Deep understanding of sales processes and tools used to support sales motions across direct and channel teams.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including use of AI/automation to improve decision-making.
