Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and ensure project-specific project control tools and systems are functioning adequately.
  • •Act as focal point with client and contractor project controllers to support accurate cost and progress reporting.
  • •Monitor project progress, milestones, and forecast performance; identify and report against the critical path and provide early warnings of slippages.
  • •Develop and manage work breakdown structure and cost/planning control structures, including budget setup and approvals.
  • •Lead cost and schedule risk analysis workshops and chair project controls meetings while ensuring risk management processes are implemented and monitored.

  • •Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience in project control positions, including leadership roles.
