Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to incidents involving criminal/terrorist activity, demonstrations/civil unrest, containing and minimizing impact on staff, customers, and bank assets.
  • •Provide security and safety support, guidance, and advisory services across wealth centers, commercial centers, and head offices aligned to regional/global standards.
  • •Conduct security reviews and oversee protective security risk assessments and security surveys to ensure appropriate physical/electronic controls.
  • •Analyze site risk profiles, prioritize higher-risk locations for more frequent review, and assess/approve dispensations to procedures.
  • •Deliver security awareness programs, plan training volumes, and manage incident administration, false alarm management, and centralized records for audits and regulatory expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a retail security environment and depth knowledge of bank operational procedures for protective security requirements.
  • •Spanish language skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to persuade senior management.
  • •Degree level education and/or prior experience as a bank retail manager (advantage).
  • •Ability to conduct live risk assessments and evaluate solutions within tight timescales.
  • •Computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
