Key Responsibilities

  • •Set and drive product policy strategy, including usage, content, platform, and policies for new model capabilities and releases.
  • •Build and lead the product policy team, including hiring, structuring the function, and cross-functional partnering.
  • •Own policy risk frameworks and review processes for new product features and model capabilities, driving mitigations pre-launch.
  • •Partner with public policy and research to shape policy responses to novel product questions and translate decisions into leadership recommendations.
  • •Partner with Trust & Safety, Research, and Communications to develop user-facing policies and enforcement frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in product policy, trust & safety, content policy, or a related field, including assessing product and platform risk.
  • •Experience building and leading a product policy, trust & safety, or content policy function, including hiring and managing a team.
  • •Strong track record partnering with product and engineering teams on policy questions embedded in the development lifecycle.
  • •Excellent judgment translating complex, fast-moving product and policy questions into clear, actionable recommendations for executives.
  • •Strong relationship-building and communication skills, able to represent the company with regulators and stakeholders.
