Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain building interiors by completing routine cleaning tasks such as cleaning walls, floors, doors, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and buffing
  • •Clean and sanitize washrooms and ensure washrooms are fully stocked
  • •Maintain the exterior property through light landscaping, trash removal, and general upkeep of lawn, parking lot, and walkways
  • •Remove waste, compost, and recycling from VLC buildings to designated areas
  • •Prepare and clean auction lanes before/after sale day and assist with snow and ice removal
