Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive mobile architecture strategy across iOS and Android, including technical design discussions and architecture documentation.
  • •Set coding standards, review code, enforce engineering best practices, and make key framework/library/tooling decisions.
  • •Hands-on development of native mobile applications, including building reusable components and optimizing performance and resource usage.
  • •Integrate with RESTful APIs, push notifications, and third-party SDKs; ensure apps are responsive and reliable in production.
  • •Mentor mobile engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, plan sprints and releases, and own mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of professional mobile development, including 3+ years in a technical lead or senior leadership capacity.
  • •Strong native iOS and native Android expertise (Swift/SwiftUI/UIKit and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
  • •Deep knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture, with experience delivering complex large-scale apps.
  • •Experience with RESTful APIs/JSON, asynchronous programming, offline-first design, CI/CD, automated testing, and publishing apps on the App Store and Google Play.
