Job Summary

Work with a sprint team to understand business challenges, shape requirements, and support delivery of scalable solutions across mobile and web applications, APIs, and internal systems. Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to document requirements, analyze processes and customer journeys, define acceptance criteria, and use data and metrics to validate assumptions and measure solution success within Agile delivery practices.

•Help the team articulate problems in ways understood by business and technical stakeholders.
•Produce and identify stakeholder requirements using conversations, workshops, process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, and workflow analysis.
•Map, analyze, and document business requirements and analyze existing processes, customer journeys, and operational workflows to find improvement opportunities.
•Work with teams to define acceptance criteria, ensure requirements are understood and testable, and support delivery through Agile ceremonies.
•Use data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to validate assumptions and measure solution success, tracking business outcomes and benefits.
