Production Team Leader

Lead shift operations to hit and exceed production targets by managing staffing, coordinating hourly output, and ensuring orders are completed as planned. Enforce safety and sanitation (5S) in the manufacturing area, monitor machine running speed, reduce scrap rates, and investigate missed KPIs with action plans. Run daily MDI meetings, produce required reporting, and coordinate with supervisors and related departments to resolve machine incidents and drive continuous improvement.
