Key Responsibilities

  • •Build editorial strategy and a content calendar aligned to Deepgram’s narrative, key messages, and major moments.
  • •Develop editorial themes around voice AI, enterprise AI, model development, customer impact, agents, and human-AI interaction.
  • •Mine and synthesize stories across research, engineering, product, customers, GTM, and leadership through internal/external interviews.
  • •Write, edit, and produce core narrative materials, including executive posts, essays, customer stories, explainers, and newsletters.
  • •Create repeatable editorial formats, improve quality and consistency, and partner with communications, product marketing, brand, design, video, and demand generation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in editorial, content, journalism, or a related field, with experience creating thoughtful content on complex technology.
  • •A strong portfolio proving you build a real point of view—not just fill a calendar.
  • •Exceptional writing and editing across formats (executive essays, customer stories, explainers, newsletters) with a high standard for clarity and craft.
  • •Reporter instincts: you can interview researchers, engineers, product people, and customers to surface publish-worthy insight.
  • •Ability to make technical depth accessible while keeping substance for sophisticated readers; comfort working in ambiguity and building lightweight processes.
