Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead system-level integration of mission kits into military vehicles from requirements definition through integration, testing, qualification, and delivery.
  • •Define and manage technical interfaces between the mission kit and the vehicle platform, including electrical, data, mechanical, thermal, EMC/EMI, and RF constraints.
  • •Troubleshoot complex vehicle/system integration issues and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Support vehicle prototype build, laboratory integration, vehicle-level testing, qualification, and acceptance activities.
  • •Review and approve technical documentation and ensure configuration management and traceability across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in systems integration, vehicle electronics, vetronics, military communications, or a closely related defense engineering field.
  • •Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience integrating complex electronic and communication systems into vehicles, preferably military or special-purpose vehicles.
  • •Strong understanding of at least 3 topics including tactical radio systems, voice/data communication architectures, intercom systems, GPS/GNSS, vetronics architectures, vehicle networks/digital interfaces, power distribution, antenna/RF integration, and EMC/EMI considerations.
  • •Ability to coordinate technical activities across multiple suppliers, engineering teams, and military end users.
