Job Summary

Lead growth of Sikalastic Liquid-Applied Membrane (LAM) systems in the Los Angeles area by blending technical expertise, specification influence, contractor training, and sales enablement to drive market expansion and successful project execution. Develop specs with architects/engineers, identify roofing opportunities, support sales teams, deliver accredited presentations, and train distributors and contractors on LAM systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and influence specifications with architects, engineers, and consultants.
•Identify and grow opportunities in roofing, plaza decks, and restoration markets.
•Support sales reps with project acquisition, pricing, technical guidance, and closure.
•Deliver AIA-accredited and technical presentations.
•Train internal sales teams and distribution partners on LAM systems and value-based selling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Windows Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills. Comfort working on jobsites and solving real-world installation challenges. Collaborative mindset aligned with One Sika culture.
