Vans: Supervisor - Halifax Shopping Centre

Lead day-to-day store operations at Vans by supporting the store leadership team and driving an exceptional, personalized customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and help achieve sales goals through KPI tracking. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to ensure merchandising standards, inventory flow, loss prevention practices, and a positive, inclusive store culture that supports store profitability.
