Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow plant safety guidelines and comply with all applicable safety policies and regulations.
  • •Perform general clean-up and material-handling duties using plant tools and equipment.
  • •Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks including unplugging chutes/silo feeders and cleaning dust collectors and tower cyclones.
  • •Assist with removing and installing refractory lining in kiln, preheat tower, coolers, and related plant equipment.
  • •Operate mobile equipment (e.g., forklift, dump truck, Bobcat, front-end loader, haul truck, water truck, sweeper, backhoe, manlift) and support janitorial/groundkeeping duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to safely and effectively use equipment such as shovels, brooms, chipping/jack hammers, concrete saws, walk-behind skidsteers, loaders, motorized sweepers, and hoses/air tools.
