Central Utility Plant Manager (Toledo, OH, US)

Oversee and direct day-to-day operations and maintenance for utility and energy assets in a central utility complex serving the Stellantis Toledo Assembly Complex. Manage safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations, supervise an hourly unionized workforce, and ensure commercial obligations are met. Lead budgeting, cost-savings, purchasing and inventory control, employee scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, while serving as the onsite liaison between the company and the customer.
