Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operation of utility assets to meet the customer’s utility and energy requirements.
  • •Supervise and direct daily activities of plant personnel, including a unionized workforce.
  • •Ensure commercial and contractual obligations are understood and adhered to.
  • •Develop and manage annual O&M budget and cost-savings measures.
  • •Act as onsite liaison between the company and the customer and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent plus at least 7 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the operation, maintenance, and administration of powerhouses, utility systems, chemical processes, or similar plant assets.
  • •Associate’s degree or industry-recognized certificate in a related discipline plus at least 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in similar plant assets.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline plus at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in similar plant assets.
  • •Ability to understand and administer complex commercial agreements delivering reliable energy services 24/7.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of plant equipment O&M and working knowledge of powerhouse equipment and systems (e.g., air compressors, boilers, chillers, wastewater treatment, electrical distribution, pumps, motors, control systems).
