•Conduct rigorous TAM/SAM/SOM market sizing and segmentation analyses for existing products and new business lines.
•Oversee financial performance and strategic alignment of Mozilla’s direct investments and venture portfolio, with regular updates to leadership.
•Partner with leadership across subsidiaries to synthesize market insights and assess financial impact of industry shifts.
•Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic finance team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

Salary: USD 217,000 - 289,000 annually

•Master of Financial Modeling—ability to build complex, scalable risk-adjusted financial models from scratch.
•Strong command of strategic frameworks and market sizing methodologies (TAM/SAM/SOM), with experience evaluating partnerships and multi-year scenarios.
•Proven cross-functional collaboration across decentralized business units and corporate subsidiaries to gather intelligence and build alignment.
