Support social commerce growth by coordinating TikTok and Shopee Shop campaign plans, promotions, and product prioritisation with internal teams and agencies. •Support execution of TikTok and Shopee Shop growth plans aligned with commercial priorities.
•Coordinate campaign plans, promotions, and product prioritisation with agencies and internal teams.
•Work with social commerce agencies, livestream hosts, media teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution.
•Support campaign tracking, reporting, and performance updates, including monitoring GMV (daily/weekly) and identifying gaps.
•Assist with short video content and livestream operations across TikTok and Shopee, including conversion optimisation and post-analysis.
