Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, monitor, and maintain facility structure, equipment and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance/Facilities Manager.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on motorized material handling equipment, conveyors, and building HVAC systems.
  • •Assess, perform, and document necessary equipment repairs and adjustments.
  • •Complete equipment and facility repairs and upgrades as assigned with accuracy.
  • •Assist in setup, teardown, and cleanup of company events and meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma or equivalent with technical training and/or experience.
  • •Two to 3 years of practical experience as a maintenance mechanic or equivalent.

  • •Automated Process Control or Material Handling Equipment maintenance experience.
  • •Knowledge of general maintenance practices and ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.
