Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a luxury showroom environment and ensure front- and back-of-house standards are met across London and Paris
  • •Plan and support showroom activities for retail and wholesale market weeks, working with the Showroom Strategy and Execution team
  • •Coordinate internal walkthroughs, meetings, VIPs, and showroom events
  • •Recruit, onboard, lead, and manage temporary teams and support contractors, using a coaching style with regular feedback
  • •Oversee showroom readiness including top-ups, inventory/VM props, model management, collection presentation support, wholesale coordination, and Health & Safety (including fire warden responsibilities)

Key Requirements

  • •Managerial experience
  • •PC literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to lead cross-functional meetings

  • •Good understanding of planning and merchandising critical path, including market calendars, and experience managing schedules/calendars
