Job Summary

Design and develop next-generation technical learning solutions—ILT, VILT, WBT, microlearning, videos, certification exams, assessments, and hands-on labs—using an end-to-end instructional design lifecycle. Build learning paths and certification/pre/post assessments while applying adult learning and learning experience design principles. Partner with SMEs and product/engineering/support teams to translate complex Mainframe concepts into accurate, learner-centric content and maintain quality across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop technical learning solutions including ILT, VILT, WBT, microlearning, videos, certification exams, and other modalities.
•Develop learning paths, certification programs, pre-assessments, and post-assessments.
•Create deliverables such as learner/instructor/lab guides, job aids, ebooks, student guides, audio scripts, and assessment/certification exam questions.
•Apply the instructional design lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation) to deliver effective learner-centric solutions.
•Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather technical content, ensure Mainframe understanding, manage multiple projects, and maintain content quality and alignment with learning objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 1,588,350 - 2,647,250 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years in instructional design or technical training development, preferably in a software/technology environment.
•Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional learning design methodologies, including certification development.
•Proficiency with training development/authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Easygenerator, Certiverse, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Captivate.
•Ability to manage projects independently from initiation to delivery of learning solutions.
•Experience working with SMEs to transform technical information into engaging education experiences, including designing hands-on labs.
