Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted legal advisor to divisional and functional leaders to identify and mitigate risk and enable business growth.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate vendor, marketing, technology, supply, and services agreements; maintain contract templates, playbooks, and workflows.
  • •Advise on employment and labor matters including hiring, employee relations, accommodations, wage and hour compliance, worker classification, discipline, and separations.
  • •Manage disputes and litigation matters, including directing outside counsel and administering litigation holds for proper document preservation.
  • •Support licensing, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and M&A activities, including post-acquisition legal integration and legal process implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing.
  • •10+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house counsel.
  • •Expertise in commercial contracting, employment law, corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
  • •Experience managing litigation, outside counsel, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Strong leadership skills with experience developing legal teams and partnering with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
