•Own customer onboarding and success operations: coordinate onboarding for new university programs, track timelines, and maintain account health
•Build the operational infrastructure: own CRM hygiene, track commitments, and identify repetitive processes to automate
•Serve as the internal point of contact for customer follow-through and cross-functional support across sales, CS, and operations
•Collaborate with founding team to scale operations and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and customers
•Help surface at-risk relationships early and support the team with process improvements as the company grows

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually
