Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safety and compliance programs in a defined geographic area.
  • •Plan and deliver safety training and coordinate weekly safety meetings.
  • •Identify hazards by observing vehicle conditions and driver behaviors and conducting jobsite visits using provided checklists/apps.
  • •Coordinate investigations of major accidents and losses and develop root-cause strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (including OSHA, DOT, and EPA) and complete yard audits, action tracking, and monthly reports.
