Business Development Manager - Golf & Sporting Groups

Drive business growth for golf and sporting group experiences across Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. Develop and execute sales strategies, identify and build relationships with key clients across clubs and sporting organisations, and generate new business through networking and tailored proposals. Collaborate with operations, events, revenue, and marketing teams to deliver group experiences, represent the properties at industry events, and manage client meetings, site inspections, and CRM reporting.
