Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead research design and analysis using HeliumCare program work and other relevant data across Helium Health.
  • •Identify research questions and opportunities across public health programs and Helium’s broader work.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data quality and research rigor.
  • •Write and publish journal articles, abstracts, and papers, and produce white papers, case studies, and reports.
  • •Identify and secure conference speaking/presentation opportunities and represent HeliumCare at relevant research and academic events.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (MPH or equivalent), Epidemiology, Health Data Science, or related field; or an MBBS (or equivalent) with demonstrated research experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals and/or presenting at conferences.
  • •Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills using program and organizational data.
  • •Excellent scientific/academic writing skills to publish and draft research outputs.
  • •Ability to translate research findings into accessible formats for non-academic audiences.
